About Olivia Locher
Olivia Locher is a photographer born on December 19, 1990 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She gained recognition for her eccentric and captivating photos taken across the United States, which are compiled in her book “I Fought the Law,” released by Chronicle Books in September 2017. Locher has amassed over 70,000 followers on her olivialocher Instagram account.
Before launching her successful photography career, she earned a BFA in photography from The School of Visual Arts in New York in 2013. Her work has been showcased in The New York Times Magazine, Pitchfork Media, and Vice Magazine.
Locher comes from a family of two children and holds the distinction of being the youngest among them.
