Nicole Faria, born on February 9, 1990 in India, is known for being the first Indian-born winner of the Miss Earth pageant. She is a supermodel and environmental activist who also ventured into acting with her debut in the 2014 Bollywood movie titled Yaariyan.

Before gaining fame, Faria started her modeling career at the age of fifteen in India and Sri Lanka. In 2010, she clinched victory in both the Miss India Earth and Miss India South beauty pageants.
