Necar Zadegan, born on June 20, 1982, in Heidelberg, Germany to Iranian parents, is an American TV actress known for her role as Dalia Hassan on Season Eight of the Fox television series 24.
She also starred in The CW’s hospital drama Emily Owens, M.D. Zadegan studied literature at the University of California, Santa Barbara before making appearances in Nip/Tuck, NCIS and The Bernie Mac Show.
In addition to her television work, she played the title role in a Nicole Conn-directed independent film called Elena Undone.
