About Natasha Rathnayake
Natasha Rathnayake, born on January 18, 1989 in Sri Lanka, is a pop singer and songwriter. She is best known for her 2017 singles “Takin’ it Off” and “Shake That,” which have earned her recognition such as the Derana Lux Music Video Award for Best Movie Music Video.
Prior to gaining fame, Natasha performed in her elementary school’s choir and later joined a pop band in 1998. In addition to her music career, she also served as a celebrity panelist at the Pirogovsky Russet International Contest for Pop Singers in 2015.
Originally from Sri Lanka, Natasha continues to make waves with her music both locally and internationally.
