Natalija Jokic, born on November 11, 1111, in Sombor, Serbia, is a former collegiate volleyball player and the wife of NBA superstar Nikola Jokic. The couple met as high school sweethearts in Sombor and later moved to the United States when Nikola joined the Denver Nuggets. Natalija played volleyball at Seminole State College before completing her studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2018.
She is well-known for sharing family photos and celebrating her husband’s basketball achievements on her Instagram account which has over 70,000 followers. In addition to being a supportive spouse, she organized a surprise visit from several Denver Nuggets’ coaches to present Nikola with his second consecutive MVP Award in their hometown of Sombor.
The couple has one daughter named Ognjena who was born in September 2021.
