Natalie Talmadge (April 29, 1896 – June 19, 1969) was an American film actress born in Brooklyn, New York. She gained recognition for her roles in silent films such as Out West, Yes or No, and Passion Flower.
Before pursuing a career in acting, Talmadge was brought into the entertainment industry by her stage mother along with her sisters at a young age.
One of her notable works includes starring in the 1923 silent comedy “Our Hospitality.” Despite this achievement, there is some confusion around her birth year as it was incorrectly inscribed on her tombstone as 1900.
Talmadge married Buster Keaton in 1921, and they remained together until their divorce in 1932. The couple had two children during their marriage.
