About Natalie Desselle-Reid
Natalie Desselle-Reid was an American TV Actress known for her role as Janie Egins in the UPN sitcom Eve. She was born on July 12, 1967, in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Before gaining fame, she appeared in episodes of Family Matters and Built to Last. Her early acting career also included college theatrical productions while attending Grambling State University.
Desselle-Reid also played the role of Tammy in the 2011 Tyler Perry comedy Madea’s Big Happy Family. She was married to Leonard Reid and they had two children together.
Tragically, she passed away in December 2020 after a private battle with colon cancer.
