Nargis Fakhri, born on October 20, 1979 in Queens, New York, is a dark-haired fashion model who made her film debut in the 2011 Indian musical RockStar. She received a nomination at the MTV Movie Awards for Best Fight for her performance in Spy.
Before gaining fame in films, she made her modeling debut on America’s Next Top Model and attracted attention after appearing in the Kingfisher Calendar. This led to Indian filmmaker Imtiaz Ali casting her in the Hindi romantic drama Rockstar.
Following her impressive acting debut, Nargis was signed to a three-film contract and also appeared in the 2020 Netflix film Torbaaz. She grew up with her younger sister Aliya.
