Nafisat Abdullahi is a Nigerian movie actress born on January 23, 1991, in Jos, Nigeria. She is known for her roles in numerous Hausa films and has won several awards including the City People Entertainment Award and a Kannywood Award. Her most recognized work includes her appearance in the 2012 film “Blood and Henna.”
Abdullahi started her acting career at 19 with her role in the FKD Productions film “Sai Wata Rana” in 2010. Following this, she appeared in “Alhini” and “Marainiya” which gained international recognition for her after traveling to Berlin International Film Festival. In 2016, she won the AMMA Award for Best Actress of the Year for her role in the film “Da’iman.”
She was born and raised in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, and grew up with three sisters.
