About Nadia Rodriguez
Nadia Rodriguez (born July 28, 1989) is a bassist and one fifth of the Texan girl group Las Fenix. She has been playing with her four sisters in the Mexicana band since 2003.
Before gaining fame, Nadia and her sisters first performed together for their father’s birthday in lieu of getting him a more traditional present.
She has produced six albums with the band and they released the single “La Hija Del Yardero” in 2018 which garnered over half a million views in four months.
In Las Fenix, each sister plays her own instrument – Lesli on the bajo quinto, Anahi and Adela on percussion, and Berna on the accordion.
