Morning Glory Zell-Ravenheart, born on May 27, 1948 in California, was a prominent religious leader known for her role as a priestess in the Neopagan organization Church of All Worlds. She is also recognized for advocating and living a polyamorous lifestyle while being credited with coining the term “polyamory.”
Originally named Diana Moore and hailing from Long Beach, California, Morning Glory was raised in the Pentecostal faith but later transitioned to witchcraft at seventeen after briefly being part of the Methodist church. As an editor of the Church of All Worlds’ publication Green Egg, she made significant contributions to its dissemination.
In terms of family life, Morning Glory had a daughter named Rainbow with her first husband Gary before divorcing him and subsequently marrying Oberon Zell-Ravenheart – founder of the Church of All Worlds.
