About Monyca Eleogram
Monyca Eleogram is a professional surfer born on July 26, 1990, in Maui, Hawaii. She has gained recognition for her regular stance surfing and has secured sponsorship deals with Nike 6.0, VonZipper, Vertra, and Kazuma Surf Boards. Monyca has represented Hawaii twice in the Quiksilver World Junior Pro Contests and was featured in the documentary Hana Surf Girls.
At just 14 years old, Monyca was selected as one of six athletes to launch Nike 6.0. Though she originally pursued competitive surfing, she eventually shifted to free surfing due to her preference for a more serene lifestyle. In addition to her career as a professional surfer, Monyca also works as a model and swimsuit designer with Roxy.
Monyca is married to Olamana Eleogram and previously went by the name Byrne-Wickey before marriage. Her mother Susie Byrne served as a high school vice principal while her father Tony Wickey worked as a carpenter.
