Additionally, she is the creator of The Secret Sauce to Success, a community for female entrepreneurs seeking growth in their businesses.
Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Rodriguez worked in nursing for nearly a decade before experiencing a personal tragedy that led her to change careers.
