About Molly Carlson
Molly Carlson (born September 23, 1998) is a Canadian diver who competes as part of the Canadian swim team in high diving. In 2022, she achieved second place at the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. With a following of 3.8 million on her TikTok account “mollycarlson,” she shares POV footage from the diving board and in the pool.
At an early age of four, Molly aspired to become an Olympic swimmer for Team Canada. She’s currently a Senior National Team High Diver for Team Canada and has consistently been on the honor roll at West Hill.
In addition to her achievements as a high diver, Molly has also garnered accolades such as winning ACC Diver of the Year in both 2017 and 2020, being named ACC Diving Meet MVP in 2017, 2019 and 2020, securing victory at ACC Championship in the three-meter category in 2020 and being awarded an ACC Medalist title that year. She is coached by Gilles Emptoz-Lacote through her membership with Diving Plongeon Canada.
Born in Fort Frances, Ontario and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario; Molly is daughter to Jason Carlson and Kathleen Trivers while having a sister named Megan who swims for Lynn University.
