About Miroslava
Miroslava (1925-02-26) was a Czech actress known for her work in Mexican and American films. She appeared in notable Mexican movies such as Five Faces of Woman and Carcel de Mujeres, as well as American productions like The Brave Bulls, Stranger on Horseback, and Adventures of Casanova.
Before pursuing acting, Miroslava worked as a model before making her screen debut in the 1946 film Bodas Tragicas. Tragically, she passed away at the age of thirty due to suicide.
Born Miroslava Sternova in Prague, Czechoslovakia, she relocated to Mexico with her adoptive family during her early teens. She was married to Jesus Jaime Obregon and is remembered for the impact she made during her short-lived acting career.
