Mireia Lalaguna, born on November 28, 1992 in Barcelona, Spain, is a pageant contestant known for her historic win as the first Miss World from Spain in 2015. She first gained attention after winning the title of Miss World Spain before earning the international title.
Prior to her success at Miss World, Lalaguna competed in and achieved recognition at the Miss Atlantico Internacional pageant in 2014. Her academic background includes studying pharmacy at the University of Copenhagen with aspirations of establishing a business focused on nutrition and dietetics.
Lalaguna has one brother named Oriol and has been romantically involved with actor Carlos de la Mota since 2017.
