Minka Kelly, born on June 24, 1980 in Los Angeles, California, is an American actress known for her role as Lyla Garrity in the television series Friday Night Lights from 2006 to 2009 and as Valerie Stahl in Almost Human. In 2018, she took on the role of Dove in DC Universe’s Titans.
Prior to her acting career, Kelly briefly pursued a medical career and worked as a surgeon’s assistant and scrub tech. Her film credits include appearances in 500 Days of Summer, The Roommate, Just Go with It, and The Butler.
