Mikayla Holmgren is an American beauty pageant contestant born on February 5, 1995 in Stillwater, Minnesota. She made history as the first person with Down syndrome to compete in the Miss Minnesota USA pageant and has since amassed a strong following on her Instagram account mikholmgren_inspiring_others.
