About Mercedes Arn-Horn
Mercedes Arn-Horn (born October 31, 1993) is a Canadian punk singer, best known as the lead singer and guitarist of the pop punk band Courage My Love. She also occasionally acts in films and television.
Courage My Love released their debut album Becoming in March 2015, gaining popularity through social media as their main marketing platform pre-release.
Prior to her fame, Arn-Horn co-founded Courage My Love with her twin sister while living in Kitchener, Canada. The band gained recognition after competing at a Battle of the Bands event. In 2012, they were named one of Alternative Press Magazine’s Top 100 Bands You Need to Know. Subsequently, they appeared on the cover of Canadian Musician magazine in August 2013 and received a Juno Award nomination for Best Breakthrough Group of The Year in 2014.
In addition to her musical career, Arn-Horn created a parody reality show titled “The (Un)Real Lives of Courage My Love” with fellow band members for their YouTube channel.
Arn-Horn’s twin sister Phoenix Arn-Horn serves as the drummer and back-up vocalist in Courage My Love.
