Melora Creager (born March 25, 1966) is an American singer and cellist best known as a founding member of the band Rasputina. Born in Missouri, she gained recognition as the cellist for Nirvana during their tour in support of their final album In Utero.
Prior to her music career, Creager discovered the other members of Rasputina after placing a want-ad in Village Voice. She has also delved into costume jewelry design, creating pieces for publications such as Vogue Magazine.
Creager is a mother of two daughters.
