Mela Lee is a voice actress and singer known for her wide variety of roles in anime. Born on July 31, 1976, in the United States, she is best recognized as the voice of the titular character in Saint Tail and Yuki Cross in Vampire Knight.
She originally auditioned for a role in Vampire Princess Miyu but ended up recording for Saint Tail, which catapulted her career. In addition to her work in anime, Mela has been part of a band called Magnolia Memoir and has provided voice work for video games such as Fallout: New Vegas.
Based out of Los Angeles, she comes from a family with backgrounds in science, law, and medicine; her mother specifically works as a doctor.
