May Britt, born on March 22, 1934 in Lidingo, Sweden, is a renowned movie actress. She has appeared in various Italian and Hollywood productions, including The Rat Pack and The Young Lions. Before her rise to fame, May worked as a photographer’s assistant until she was discovered by two Italian filmmakers who offered her a role on the spot.
Her film debut was in the 1952 production of Jolanda, The Daughter of the Black Corsair. May Britt has been married three times – firstly to Edwin Gregson from 1958 to 1959 followed by Sammy Davis Jr. from 1960 to 1968. In 1993, she married Lennart Ringquist and shares three children.
