Maurissa Tancharoen is a prominent screenwriter, known for her work on various successful productions across television and film. She was born on November 28, 1975 in California.
Her notable works include serving as a screenwriter for the acclaimed musical web series Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, the comedy show Oliver Beene, and the science fiction series Dollhouse. Additionally, she contributed to the 2012 film The Avengers and worked on the Lifetime series Drop Dead Diva.
Prior to achieving recognition in Hollywood, Tancharoen honed her craft while studying at Occidental College in Southern California where she wrote two award-winning plays.
