Marysia Do, born on November 9, 1985, in Long Island, New York is a social media influencer and Instagram star. She gained fame as a yoga instructor specializing in meditation, yin, therapeutics and journaling facilitation. Marysia first discovered yoga as a teenager in 2001 when she stumbled upon a Rodney Yee DVD at a CD store on Long Island.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University. Born and raised in Long Island, Marysia currently resides there with her husband John Do. They welcomed their first child together, named Grace in August 2022.
