About Mary Wolfe-Nielsen
Mary Wolfe-Nielsen (born February 20, 1986) is a professional dancer and aerialist hailing from West Virginia. She is well known as one half of Duo Transcend, a trapeze and rollerskating performance group that has garnered attention for their captivating shows.
Wolfe-Nielsen’s career highlights include performances in renowned productions such as Circus Flic Flac, Cirque De La Mer, The Great American Variety Show, and Cirque Du Soleil. Notably, she and her partner were finalists on America’s Got Talent in 2018.
Prior to achieving fame with Duo Transcend, Wolfe-Nielsen honed her performing skills through musical theater and dance. Her notable roles included appearances in stage productions like West Side Story, Romeo & Juliet, Wizard And Oz, and Annie. She pursued her education at Marshall University and The University of Utah.
In an intriguing twist of fate, Wolfe-Nielsen met her husband Tyce Nielsen while both were performers in a cliff diving show. They later married in 2011 and have a son named Jaxx.
