Mary Pat Gleason, born on February 23, 1950 in Minnesota, was a talented TV actress. She gained recognition for her role as Jane Hogan on the CBS soap opera The Guiding Light and also appeared in recurring roles on Desperate Housewives, 1600 Penn, and Instant Mom.
Prior to gaining fame, Gleason began her television acting career in the early 1980s with appearances in episodes of Texas and Full House. In addition to her television work, she portrayed Mrs. Flamhaff in the film 13 Going on 30 and Eleanor in A Cinderella Story.
Gleason grew up in Lake City, Minnesota.
