Mary Daheim (born November 7, 1937) is an American novelist hailing from Seattle, Washington. Best known for her romance and mystery novels, she has written works such as “Dune to Death,” “The Alpine Advocate,” and “Destiny’s Pawn.”
Before pursuing a career in writing, Daheim attended the University of Washington where she edited the campus newspaper, The Daily. She graduated with a degree in communications.
Notably, Mary Daheim was nominated for an Agatha Award for her first mystery novel, “Just Desserts.”
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, she continues to reside there into adulthood.
