Marta Torrejon, born on February 27, 1990 in Barcelona, Spain, is a professional soccer player known for her role as a defender. She started her professional career with RCD Espanyol before joining Barcelona in 2013. Torrejon has represented both the Spanish and Catalan national soccer teams.
Prior to her professional career, Torrejon played youth soccer for the Salesians club team starting in 1998. She achieved an important milestone when she scored her first career international goal during a match against the Czech Republic on May 8, 2008.
