Marnie Simpson, born on January 17, 1992 in South Shields, England, is a reality star known for her role as a cast member on the MTV UK series Geordie Shore. She joined the show during its 7th series, replacing her cousin Sophie Kasaei.
Before finding fame on television, Simpson was a former Miss Newcastle winner and worked in a bar.
She gained attention when she poured a bucket of water over her co-star Gaz Beadle during an altercation on Geordie Shore.
Simpson’s personal life has also been publicized. In 2015, she became engaged to The Only Way Is Essex star Ricky Rayment; however, they later ended their relationship. Following this breakup, she began dating Single AF co-star Casey Johnson. They announced their engagement in August 2020 but ultimately parted ways. Together with Johnson, Simpson welcomed her son Rox in October of 2019 before the two separated.
