Marlo Hampton, born on February 7, 1976 in Florida, is a prominent reality star known for her appearances on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and the reality series I Dream of NeNe. In addition to her television career, Hampton has worked as a private stylist and established herself as an entrepreneur.
Prior to gaining fame through reality TV, Hampton pursued higher education and obtained a BA from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern Florida where she studied social work and interdisciplinary science.
Her entrepreneurial ventures include the opening of a high-end fashion boutique in Atlanta in 2008. Furthermore, she founded Glam It UP!, a project dedicated to aiding teens in foster care.
Growing up in St. Petersburg, Florida before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, Hampton’s childhood was impacted by her mother’s drug addiction and abuse. This led her to become part of the foster care system during her upbringing.
