About Marlene Forte
Marlene Forte, born on July 5, 1961, in Havana, Cuba, is a Cuban-American actress and producer primarily known for her role as Carmen Ramos in the soap opera Dallas. She has also appeared in popular shows such as Altered Carbon, Fear the Walking Dead, The Fosters, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
Prior to gaining widespread recognition, Forte began her career by acting in independent films in 1991. She later made a guest appearance on The Art Craze in 2015.
Her sister is actress Lesley Ann Machado. Marlene Forte married Oliver Mayer in July of 2006 and their daughter Giselle Rodriguez-Forte has also pursued a career as an actress.
