About Mariana Pajon
Mariana Pajon is a Colombian BMX rider born on October 10, 1991, in Medellin. She has achieved great success in her career, winning more than a dozen titles including gold medals at the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games as well as the 2013 UCI BMX World Championships.
Before rising to fame, Pajon won her first national championship at the age of five. Additionally, she had the honor of being the flagbearer for Colombia at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Her family members are also involved in BMX riding; both her father and brother are riders.
