Maria Quezada, born on April 21, 2001 in The Bronx, New York, is a TV actress best known for her role as Talia Parra in the Nickelodeon telenovela-formatted teen sitcom “Talia in the Kitchen.” She also portrayed the same character in an episode of “Every Witch Way.”
Before gaining fame as an actress, Quezada had aspirations of becoming a writer and began creating characters and writing short stories at the age of five.
In addition to her work on television, she has appeared in films such as For Family’s Sake which won Best Narrative Film at the 2014 NY Film Festival and Frontera which won Best Dramatic Film at the 2014 Broadway Film Festival.
Quezada was raised in The Bronx before moving to Florida with her family. She has a younger sister and brother and shares her home with two dogs named Max and Lolita.
