Maria Jesus Ruiz is a Spanish model, actress, presenter, and beauty pageant titleholder who was born on December 25, 1982, in Spain. She gained recognition as the winner of Miss Spain 2004 and went on to represent Spain in the Miss Universe 2004 competition.
Prior to her fame in the pageantry world, Ruiz attained a degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Jaen and worked as a French teacher. Additionally, she played the character Emilia in the 2011 film ¿Estas ahí?.
Aside from her career achievements, she has also authored her first book titled Memorias de una Miss which was published in 2007. In terms of family life, Maria’s parents are Miguel Ruiz and Juani Garzon. Furthermore, she has two siblings named Susana and Miguel.
