Mandy Williams is a hairstylist and the fourth-generation owner of La Belle Beauty Salon in New Orleans. She has worked with high-profile clients such as Remy Ma, Blac Chyna, and Angela Simmons. Mandy began her career at a young age, starting to work in the salon doing shampoos and braiding hair when she was just ten years old.

She is known for coining the term “Kashed Out” in reference to her clients receiving exceptional hair styling from her. Mandy comes from a family of beauty professionals, with her great-grandmother Isabelle Mandy Gant being the first African American woman in Louisiana to open an independently owned beauty school.
