About Malinda Prud’homme
Malinda Prud’homme (born June 24, 1986) is a Canadian mixed media and portrait artist. She is known for her depictions of women from diverse backgrounds, aiming to showcase their natural beauty regardless of age, race, or size.
Prud’homme shares her works in progress, travel photos, and memories from the past online as she creates art with the intention of making women feel beautiful one painting at a time.
Prior to gaining recognition as an artist, Prud’homme excelled academically and was awarded the Art Award upon graduating from primary and secondary school. She later pursued higher education at Laurentian University where she completed honours degrees in History and Education.
Prud’homme’s upbringing took place in Val Caron outside of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.
