Mai Murakami is a Japanese gymnast, born on August 5, 1996 in Sagamihara, Japan. She gained recognition for representing Japan at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics and emerged as the Gymnastics World Champion in the floor event in both 2017 and 2021.
With a substantial following on Instagram, Mai Murakami has amassed over 50,000 devoted followers. Her journey into gymnastics began at just two years old and she went on to attend Nippon Sport Science University in Tokyo.
