Maeve Quinlan is an American actress best known for her role as Megan Conley on the popular soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. She was born on November 16, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois.
Quinlan began her career as a professional tennis player in her mid-teens and received athletic scholarships to both Northwestern University and the University of Southern California. After suffering an injury that ended her tennis career, she transitioned to acting and appeared in commercials for Gatorade and Nike.
In addition to her soap opera work, Quinlan has starred in films such as Liquorice (2014), where she portrayed Mariam Glass. She also played the role of Rhonda in the controversial 2002 film Ken Park.
Born to Irish immigrants, Quinlan was briefly married to actor Tom Sizemore.
