Maartje Verhoef is a Dutch model known for her extensive catwalk experience and work with various high-end brands. Born on September 6, 1997, in the Netherlands, she began her modeling career at the age of 13 when she filled in for her father’s photographer after one of his models fell ill.
In the summer of 2014, Maartje made headlines by walking in an impressive 66 catwalks during international fashion weeks, leading to her selection as one of IMA’s Top 10 Newcomers of that year. She received further recognition by opening for luxury brands such as Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Emilio Pucci, and Christian Dior at various fashion events.
Despite her successful career, Maartje remains true to her roots as she was born and raised in the south of Holland.
