Lynda Lopez is a Puerto Rican journalist born on June 14, 1971, in the South Bronx, New York. She has notably served as a news anchor on shows such as Good Day New York and Fox 5 Live. Additionally, she is recognized for being the younger sister of superstar singer and actor Jennifer Lopez.
Prior to her journalism career, Lopez attended Long Island University and worked as a VH1 VJ in the late 90s. In 2001, she was honored with an Emmy for Outstanding Morning News Program.
