About Lucy Kennedy
Lucy Kennedy (born April 21, 1976) is an award-winning television show host from Sandycove, Ireland. She is known for co-hosting The seven O’Clock Show and Late Lunch Live, as well as her role in the radio show Weekend Breakfast with Baz & Lucy. In 2017, she became the host of Ireland’s Got Talent.
Prior to her successful television career, Kennedy worked as a flight attendant before transitioning to behind-the-scenes work in various television shows. Eventually, she landed a role in front of the camera.
Kennedy has received recognition for her work, winning the Favourite Female TV Presenter award at the 2009 TV Now Awards. Outside of her career, she has a family life with her husband Richard Governey and their three children: Jack, Holly, and Jessica.
