Lorena Abreu, born on December 28, 1993, is a freerunner from the Dominican Republic. Known for her work as a stunt coordinator for Universal and as a WFPF-Certified level 2 parkour instructor, she has garnered a following of over 240,000 on her lorenaparkour Instagram account.
Abreu began training in parkour in 2014 after previously practicing karate. She showcased her skills at the Lloyd Live Design seminar performance in San Francisco, California.
In November 2017, she shared a photo with her father on Instagram.
