Liza Weil (born June 5, 1977) is an American TV actress known for her roles on popular television shows. She was born in Passaic, New Jersey and gained fame for playing Paris Geller on the hit series Gilmore Girls. Additionally, she portrayed Amanda Tanner on ABC’s Scandal and began playing Bonnie Winterbottom on How to Get Away with Murder in 2014.
Before pursuing acting, Weil considered studying archaeology and had a childhood crush on Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones. Apart from her television work, she has also appeared on stage and performed in radio dramas with the L.A. Theatre Works.
Weil married Paul Adelstein from Private Practice and they have a daughter together; however, they filed for divorce in 2016. In June 2017, she dated her How to Get Away with Murder co-star Charlie Weber.
