About Little Boots
Little Boots, born Victoria Christina Hesketh on May 4, 1984, in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, is a pop and electronic singer-songwriter DJ. She gained fame with chart-topping hits such as “Remedy” and “New in Town.” Before her music career took off, she began piano lessons at the age of six and went on to study flute, harp, and classical singing. Little Boots started writing her own songs at just thirteen years old.
Despite being cut in the third round of auditions for ITV’s Pop Idol competition early in her career – never making it to the judge-facing stage – she persevered and found success as an artist. Little Boots has three younger brothers.
