Linda Dano was born on May 12, 1943 in Long Beach, California. She is best known for her role as romance novelist Felicia Gallant on the soap opera “Another World,” and also played Gretel and Rae Cummings on “One Life to Live” in two different stints.
Her career began with her first soap opera role on “One Life to Live” from 1978 to 1980. Dano has a long-standing career in soap operas and used her experience to inform her columns in Soap Opera Digest magazine. Additionally, she had her own apparel line that was sold on QVC.
Dano was married to advertising agent Frank Attardi, who co-hosted the VIP series with her on PBS.
