About Lina Pembe Bologna
Lina Pembe Bologna, born on September 13th, 1969 in the Congo Republic, is a renowned entrepreneur and matriarch of the influential Pembes family. Known for their significant presence on social media, Lina is recognized as the owner of Lina Shops – a chain of outlets distributing Zara garments across Central Africa – and Lina Cafe located in Kinshasa.
Prior to her successful business ventures, Lina completed her bachelor’s degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences. Notably, she holds the position of first vice-president within the Alliance of Congolese-Green Ecologists.
With an eclectic heritage stemming from her Italian expatriate father and Congolese Metis mother from Goma, North Kivu, Lina is married to politician Didace Pembe. The couple shares seven daughters with names ending in ‘a’ – Soraya, Mareva, Raissa Jessica, Sonya Alicia and Marica.
