About Lexie Liu
Lexie Liu (born December 21, 1998) is a Chinese pop singer and songwriter known for her hit singles “Like a Mercedes”, “Coco Made Me Do It”, and “Role”. She has performed at SXSW and was a contestant on The Rap of China in the show’s 2018 season.
Liu started dancing at the age of four, began playing piano at six, and later competed on K-Pop Star 5 where she placed fourth. She then attended Fordham University before releasing her first single “Coco Made Me Do It” in January of 2017.
Aside from music, Liu has also worked as a model for various fashion events such as Louis Vuitton 2018 China, Puma’s Suede 50 campaign, and was featured in an issue of Vogue China. She was born and raised in Changsha, Hunan.
