About Lexi Wilson
Lexi Wilson (born January 1, 1993) is a Bahamian model and reality star known for her appearance on the sixth season of the Bravo series Below Deck Mediterranean in 2021. She gained notoriety after being fired from the show mid-season, with Captain Sandy Yawn describing her behavior as “disturbing.”
Prior to her reality television career, Wilson relocated to the United States for college after earning a scholarship for Track and Field. She graduated from Langston University with a bachelor’s degree in biology.
Wilson’s achievements also include winning Miss Universe Bahamas in 2013 and representing her country at the Miss Universe pageant that same year. During her time in Florida, she met a yacht captain who extended an invitation for her to work as a stewardess on his boat.
Tragically, Wilson’s father passed away only months before she joined Below Deck Mediterranean. Additionally, during an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in August 2021, it was revealed by Malia White that Wilson was engaged to a wealthy man.
