Lesley-Ann Brandt is a South African-born TV actress, best known for her breakthrough role as Naevia in the series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Born on December 2, 1981, in Cape Town, South Africa, she has also appeared on notable series such as This is Not My Life, Chuck, CSI: New York, and Memphis Beat.
Prior to her breakout role in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, Brandt had an early role as Leilani Fa’auigaese on Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. She made her feature film debut in InSight, starring opposite Natalie Zea and Christopher Lloyd.
In addition to her career achievements, Brandt’s personal life includes relocating from Cape Town to Los Angeles. In 2015 she married Chris Payne Gilbert with whom she shares a son named Kingston.
