About Leona Paraminski
Leona Paraminski is a Croatian movie actress known for her award-winning performances. She was born on August 22, 1979, in Zagreb, Croatia. Paraminski received the Golden Arena Award for Best Actress at the 2002 Pula Film Festival for her standout role in Winter in Rio.
Before gaining fame as an actress, she studied at the Zagreb Academy of Drama Arts and graduated in 2001. Her debut film Madonna was released in 1999 to critical acclaim and marked the beginning of her successful career.
Paraminski has always maintained strong ties to her hometown of Zagreb and eventually married Tin Komljenovic there in May 2012.
